I’m Shannon, a 23-year-old UGA alumna living in New York City. I like running, yoga, college football, coffee, brunch, writing, retail therapy, social media and wine.

After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2009 with my bachelor’s degree in journalism, I spent a year living and working in Atlanta before moving to New York in July 2010. I work in social media marketing and am a new (and now active!) member of the New York Road Runners. I have a passion for thrift and vintage shopping, which is detailed at my collaborative style blog, Thrifty Threads.

This blog details my running journey and life as I settle into New York. I love exploring the city, meeting new people and eating delicious food!
